1. What will we discuss on this call?
My goal for this call is to get to know you and hear what your financial goals are. Alternatives aren't for everyone, so I'll ask some questions to try to determine where you are. I want you to leave this call knowing whether or not you should be looking to add alternatives to your portfolio.
2. Are you selling anything?
My philosophy is to take everything I've learned and help others change their thinking when it comes to investing. So everything I teach is free for you to take and use. If you qualify to join my SMART flex fund and hopefully invest in an upcoming offering, I am compensated through small fund fees and sharing in returns.
3. So you're not going to pitch me or aggrevate me to join?
Absolutely not! If I have to beg or twist arms for people to join the fund, I haven't done a good enough job conveying the value it provides. Also, I only have room for 100 accredited investors in this SEC regulated 3c1 fund, so I need to fill it with "ready-to-go" investors . I'm looking to build long-term relationships with my investors, and must make sure each fund member is a good fit before I can let them take a spot.
